Counselling is for everyone who wants to live with better mental health and emotional well-being. I work with individuals who are facing various life challenges and feel they would benefit from a dedicated space and time each week to focus on themselves.
Psychotherapy
Perhaps you’re not sure what the difference is between counselling and psychotherapy? If you’re experiencing emotional or psychological distress, counselling can provide you with support. However, if you’re looking to make deeper changes to your emotional habits and behaviours, psychotherapy is the name generally used for such work. Many clients finds themselves experiencing a blend of both.

My Approach
I work within the Gestalt therapy model. My creative and dynamic approach appreciates the individuality of each person who chooses to work with me. I am interested in not only exploring the issue a client brings to our sessions, but the larger context of their lives. I can be a resource for you and a provider of a safe, non-judgemental space where you can share the things that matter to you. My focus, in line with the ethics of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, is to support you and empower you as you navigate whatever challenges you experience.
